Thirty days, no questions asked. If PGari Glowee is not for you, write to glowee@pgari.com with the e-mail address you paid with and you get your money back.

Why we can be this relaxed

PGari Glowee is free for seven days before you pay a krona, so you already know whether it works on your display. The refund window exists for the cases the trial cannot cover — you changed Macs, it clashes with something else, or you simply changed your mind.

How it works

Write to glowee@pgari.com, or use the "Contact us" link on your Paddle receipt.
Tell us the e-mail address or the order number on the receipt. No reason needed.
The refund is issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who took the payment, and lands back on the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten working days.
Your licence key stops working once the refund goes through.

After thirty days

Write anyway. If PGari Glowee is broken on your Mac and we cannot fix it, you get your money back regardless of the date. We would rather have a fair reputation than a kept payment.

Statutory rights

If you live in the EU or the UK you also have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases. This policy is offered in addition to that right, never instead of it.
